AV ELECTOR
This course prepares staff for setting up a public event, and shows how to position the equipment for the presentations.
Instructional Training is given in the following skills:
- Set up procedures for a presentation, including pre and post presentation check lists
- Microphone, speakers, podium and screen erection procedures
- Projector and TV operation, with connections to DVD-VHS player, amplifier and speakers
- Microphone and stand set up procedures, including positioning
- Tuning the amplifier
- Microphone connection, positioning and use
- Use of the radio microphone
- Use of lapel microphones
- Set up procedures for the camcorder kit
- Set up procedures for the power supply, including safety procedures for the whole system
- Procedures for packing up the equipment correctly
- Service and maintenance procedures for the vehicle
- Troubleshooting the system, with practical exercises
