The Ministry of Agriculture has been using a fleet of AV DRUM 21 mobiles to help the dissemination of financial procedures for farmers who are learning to run their smallholdings more efficiently.
The programmes explain the basics of cash flow, profit and loss, accounting for their sales, using ledgers. The farmers and their families are shown how to use the record of accounts to predict future earnings, sustain and improve their business.
